Requirements:

Responsibilities:
-Carry out work related to the population and areas safety - planning, ensuring readiness of resources and manpower, prevention, containment and response to natural and industrial emergencies and their consequences, etc.; -Draw up work schedules, orders, instructions and guidelines, memoranda, maps, diagrams and such other technical documentation, as well as reporting documents under the established forms and within the schedules; -Study and analyse the information, technical data, performance results and indicators, with the collation and systematisation thereof; make calculations; -Participate in development and develop independently corporate methodological and regulatory documents, standards and procedures, technical documentation, as well as proposals and activities towards implementation of the developed projects and programmes; -Provide methodological, consulting and practical support in implementation of various projects, programmes, plans, procedures, standards, agreements, obligations, etc.; -Provide supervision and control over Company compliance with the existing requirements, norms, rules and standards as related to readiness of the Company’s resources and manpower and population and areas safety; -Plan, prove and properly consume the approved budget -Be involved in the preparation of the tendering processes, discussions with the potential contracting companies / contracting companies as an expert / consultant on the issues related to the measures required for the proper emergency response
