The company Our Client, a leading provider of flow equipment products, systems and services to worldwide oil, gas and process industries, is looking for a Sales Manager based in Moscow. The role The Sales Manager will be in charge of pro-active promotion of Company products and services to customers and securing of bookings as per forecast and beyond. •Interface and meet with the existing customer base. •Expand and develop potential new market places and customers. •Regular reporting to senior officers of the company on all aspects of financial and sales matters •Assist and support customers on a daily basis during their planning and engineering phase to get Company products and services accepted in material specifications •Maintain and improve customer relations by providing a quality and responsive service thus increasing the potential for future bookings of Company products and services •Compile a Sales Forecast for each customer base and develop a strategy for achieving the forecasted goals •Streamlining the business procedures, in order to facilitate the expected rapid growth •Being alert to new market opportunities, so that it can be contributed to development initiatives; be vigilant of competitor activities and products •Meeting and, wherever possible, exceeding the key financial goals •Upholding and maintaining the policies and procedures of the Company The person •A young and dynamic person •A degree in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering or another related subject is a plus •Sales experience within the oil&gas industry •Good Business-Financial knowledge •Proficiency in English language; •Native Russian language •Very high level of customer focus; •Excellent communication skills - written and oral; •Ability to make high-level presentations to management, customers and other audiences •Autonomous and self-starter
