Multinational production company is looking for a HSE Engineer for control Well Services Operations. Responsibilities:
- conducting Health Safety and/or environmental audits and inspect well services operation (drilling, workover, frac, completion) within geographic area of responsibility Ensure a safe working environment and in compliance with Russian regulatory laws.
- Specilaist will be required to develop procedures based on regulatory and/or client requirements.
- Specialist will present information and respond to questions or concerns from employees, managers, clients and the general public. Handle special projects, as assigned.
Requirements:
HSE (health, safety, environment) specialist:
- Thorough understanding of regulations and the regulatory process. Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 2+ years experience.
- May require professional certifications.
- Available for rotation 28/28 to oilfield in Western Siberia.
