For the onshore project in Kazakhstan (main contractor of Agip) we are looking for a specialist for the position of QA/QC Engineer (Offsite).
Purpose:
to maintain and follow Agip KCO Quality strategy and Quality system within the Onshore Site organization.
to support the QA/QC Coordinator in ensuring that quality risks are identified‚ assessed and managed for all onshore project management activities .

Main responsibilities:

Implementing Quality Controls plans and procedures to provide the most efficient and efective onsite construction works;
Developing and maintaining standards applicable for the onsite construction works‚ ensuring their implementation;
reviewing and approving Contractors Quality Control Plans and Inspection and Test Plans;
Identifying‚ analysing and resolving issues and problems related to the QA/QC for the Site Onshore Construction;
Planning and Coordinating QA/QC activities;
Reviewing and approving Contractors Quality Documentation;
Implementing audits to contractors;

Required Compatencies:
10 years experience in a QA/QC role in Oil & Gas Industry.
good IT skills
good interpersonal and communication skiils
ability to work under pressure

Conditions
Location: based in Eskene West‚ Kazakhstan
Rotation: 4/4
