For a new Seamless pipe plant in Saudi Arabia (International supplier of tubes and related services) we are looking for a specialist for the position of HSE Manager /Consultant with experience in pipe manufacturing.

Main responsibilities:
Making‚ creating‚ establishing and implementing a safety management system and writing all the safety procedures that come along with it for this plant.
The system should comply with the standards of OSHAS‚ ISO 14001 and 9000 and EPA. At the end the system should be certified.

General requirements:
The candidate must have a proved history in the steel industry and piping manufacturing branch.
should be capable of writing procedures and standards..
Conditions
Location: Saudi Arabia
Duration: long term contract
Accommodation‚ food and transportation will be provided
