Rotation Machinery Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the TEO/STU Contractors and Sub-Contractors for all fields of Rotating Machinery activities.
• Ensure that Project design specifications and standards are applied, within defined RF norms to be used and the applied STU’s. Ensure STU’s developed are in line with COMPANY intentions and FEED Engineering, comment and review STU contractor documents liaising as required with Lead Discipline Engineer (LDE) in Paris.
• Ensure the Contractors’ and Sub-Contractors resources and organization are adequate (and competent) for achieving the discipline engineering works
• Answer Contractors queries: TP/CIS TEO developer, TEO General Designer, STU Contractor and control deviations
• Organize and participate in discipline meetings with LDE and Contractors. Participate as required to specific ad hoc meetings.
• Participate in Technical Reviews as appropriate (Hazop, PTR, …).
• Ensures that CFT documents are not conflicting with TEO dossier and later working design as applicable
• Beyond first year: Define the requirements for the Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) of process field. Specific participation to these and to the FAT of Equipment Packages, as required by the LDE.

Requirements:
• Graduated Engineer with 7 - 15 years experience in Rotating Machinery engineering related to large LNG and/or oil and gas project
• Concept design / FEED stages of projects in the Oil & Gas industry
• Skills in terms of LNG related Engineering Design areas appreciated
• Russian regulation/norms and TEO project development knowledge mandatory
• Knowledge of international standards/norms, industrial and technical constraints is required
• English fluent (demonstrated abilities for reading, writing and speaking)

TEO project engineering contractor’s office in Saint-Petersburg, then depending on Detailed Engineering location and confirmation post year 2010.
Preferable St. Petersburg citizens or candidates from other regions who will be available on relocation without compensation only for salary.
