Education and Qualifications:
High professional education or Degree (preferable in economics or legal) with work experience in by profile and in the industry between 2 – 3 years
Fluent knowledge of English
Job Duties:
To implement the incumbent functions, Vendor Qualification Specialist must:
Identify opportunities for Local vendors which could prove of mutual business benefit.
Identify areas for potential Partnership and promote the Partnerships between International & Russian companies.
Develop relations internally SeverEnergia users and externally with vendors.
Develop and implement Local Content Development Program (if applicable).
Obtain information from user departments regarding future contracts for provision of equipment, materials and services.
Prepare reports on vendor development activities and achievement.
Evaluate and analyse the current potential capabilities of local companies.
Identify future local content development areas.
Prepare yearly plan for vendor development activities.
Analyse feedback on the performance of suppliers.
The work of Vendor Qualification Specialist is regulated:

Internal policies and procedures, the Eni Code of Conduct
