Mechanical Engineer

(Static Equipment)

Resposibilities:

• Relevant static equipment experience: pressure vessels; storage tanks; shell & tube heat exchangers; plate heat exchangers; fired Heaters; flares
  
• Knowledge of Russian standards and codes including, but not limited to: PB 03-381-00; OST 26-291-94; PB 10-115-96; OST 24.201.03-90; GOST 14 249-89; GOST P 51273; PB-03-576-03
  
• Knowledge of international standards and codes including, but not limited to: API Spec 12D, API Spec 12F, API 650, PD 5500, ASME 8; API 660; API 661; API 662
  
• Knowledge of materials of construction. (Russian and international)
  
• Understands FEED and TEOC typical work scope and requirements
  

Requirements:

• Worked with / in: International Engineering Contractors; Russian static equipment fabricators; International static equipment fabricators
  
• Willing to relocate (possibly Samara), possible trips to Irkutsk
  
• Typically minimum of 7 / 10 years experience
  
• Good English; written and spoken
