Account Manager Artificial Lifts
Work location: Moscow
Responsibilities:
• The main activity is to increase company’s market share and standing/relationship with each customer. Maintenance of the customer accounts is fundamental to the position. High focus on promoting new technology products is a requirement. This will be achieved through daily /weekly contact with the customer’s key technical and commercial personnel.
• Promotion of company’s products through presentations to individuals and groups, promotion of commercial strategies, promotion of company’s involvement in product Research & Development as well as liaison with other internal departments so ensuring seamless working relations and detailed knowledge of competitor’s technical and commercial information make up the criteria to achieve this goal. One of the vehicles that support achieving this goal is a close work relationship with local agencies.
• Day to Day highlights and lowlights need to be discussed with the District Manager so to permanently improve the Sales Strategies.
• Be pro-active in promoting Artificial Lift products and services to customers and secure bookings as per forecast and beyond
• Be pro-active in promoting Artificial Lift products and services to allocated customers in order to increase current Market Share
• Assist and support customers on a daily basis during their planning and engineering phase to get Cameron products and services accepted in material specifications
• Search for new business opportunities through new customers or new technology offers to the market
• Conduct monthly forecasting updates to CRM and update the WMS System monthly, compile weekly reports monitoring each allocated customer‘s activity/future activity (weekly Items of Interest) and report the meetings attended with each customer (Customer Contact Reports).
• Maintain and improve customer relations by providing a quality and responsive service thus increasing the potential for future bookings of AL products.
• Monitor and recommend technical product, service and commercial initiatives that will give Cameron the leading edge within the industry for Artificial Lift products and services.
• Compile a Sales Forecast for each customer base and develop a strategy for achieving the forecasted goals based on MH Sales Conceptual Selling techniques.
• Prepare Blue and Green sheets for discussion with the District Manager.
• Be vigilant of competitor activities and products.
• Attend meetings and conferences as required
• Keep the customer and competitor data base up to date.
Requirements:
• Knowledge and understanding of the oil patch with respect to Artificial Lift
• 3 Years rig site experience of installing Sucker rod Pumps and Artificial Lift surface equipment
• Knowledge of presenting information/reports to large forums
• Ability to liase with all levels of personnel, internally or externally
• Fluent in word and writing of the English language
• The candidate is prepared to travel
• Education at bachelor or master level in petroleum engineering or equivalent
• PC literate
• Driving License is essential.
