Big company is looking for Account Manager - Hydrogen
•Complex regional account management responsibility for the key customer accounts assigned. Accountability for building relationships, creating sales opportunities and closing deals with the customers. • Demonstrate the ability to win projects independently through business acumen, customer relationships and having product knowledge. •Be able to tailor the product value propositions based on understanding the customer needs and preferences. •Regional Sales Account Manager is proactively searching for sales opportunities and systematically drive sales of Company equipment products in the territory. This position is for Territory FSU and Hydrogen recovery technologies (PSA and Polysep membranes). •Ability to find and create new business opportunities and build relationships. •Work effectively with Company business, sales support and functional leadership and other personnel to drive the tactical and strategic aspects of the sale. •Build and maintain the opportunity pipeline, and track all wins and losses using the Salesforce.com database. •Solve short-term customer problems through the analysis and evaluation of alternate solutions and reply customer inquiries (e.g. pricing, lead time, shipment, invoicing...). •Attend key industry events and tradeshows and collect sales leads based on a region lead generation plan and work to convert them into opportunities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor´s or Master’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• +10 years experience in Sales preferably with a multinational company.
• +5 years experience in Refining or Chemical industry.
• Able to work in a fast-paced multi-national environment
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English, other language is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to multi-task the activities with shifting priorities
