Accountant-Methodologist

* Preparation of methodology solutions for IAS and RAS accounting
* Methodology support of IAS and RAS accounting policies; monitoring of execution
* Company internal policies and procedures elaboration
* Monitoring of legislation changes for timely preparation of new methodological guidelines
* Issue of methodological explanations reflecting financial/business operations in accounting, contractual terms, financial schemes to optimize business processes
* Methodological support of company internal and external financial reporting
* Development of rules and regulations determining subdivisions order of interaction, particularity of operation paperwork management, accounting treatment, etc
* Contribution to development and implementation of internal control system
* Liaise with auditors and external advisors on accounting methodology to optimize accounting and introduce new accounting methods
* Consulting for company employees on accounting issues

Requirements:

* Graduate in finance
* Experience in Big4 or in audit, at least 5 years as methodologist, manager
* Deep knowledge of RAS, IFRS, taxation, currency legislation
* DipIFR/АССА/CIMA; Russian accounting and taxation professional certificates
* Fluent English
