Responsibilities • Providing the necessary customer coverage, relationship management and commercial and technical positioning of the Company to ensure optimum market share in the region; • Develop and maintain good working relationships with key customer personnel, as well as with local representatives and key personnel within relevant engineering contractors and industry consulting groups; • Manage the customer base for the identified regions; • Develop and deliver sales revenue and margin targets within budgeted expense and pricing guidelines for the account region; • Developing strategies for complex sales prospects; • Organizing and leading internal RFQ/proposal review and pricing/bid strategy meetings; • Complete won/lost reports for all sales events; • Manage the preparation and finalization of commercial agreements necessary to close sales; • Forecast sales revenues for the account region on a monthly basis. Manage accounts receivables for assigned customers; • Prepare and implement customer plans and maintain customer contact records in conjunction with the other SBU’s.
Skills / Qualifications • University level engineering degree (Chemical Engineering preferred); • Significant experience in Refining and/or Petrochemicals Industries; • Experience within a commercial role, with some exposure to direct sales; • Ability to build strong relationships; • Strong interpersonal skills as well as good verbal, writing and presentation skills; • Fluency in both Russian and English.
Conditions • Work in the leading international supplier and licensor for the petroleum refining, gas processing, petrochemical production; • Significant travel (40%) is expected as time spent with the customer is an important aspect of the role.
