Responsibilities The job purpose is to provide support to the Technical Sales Manager/Account Manager in regard to the technical and commercial activities and customer relationships in the territory of the Former Soviet Union. • Supporting commercial delivery of the FSU team; • Understanding of petroleum refining; • Gaining technical knowledge and understanding of customers, their processes (flow sheets and use of catalysts); • Understanding and use of technical software for design, performance prediction, evaluation and troubleshooting; • Visiting customer sites for the installation, commissioning, monitoring and troubleshooting of catalysts; • Producing quotations in line with current purchase process; • Acquiring knowledge of supply chain. Requirements • Proven experience in refining and chemical processes and have high education in these areas; • Specific experience of hydroprocessing, hydrogen generation and/or FCC would be considered as a benefit; • Marketing or sales experience in the refining or chemical industry will be considered as plus4 • Good interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to build strong working relationships both within the Business and with customers; • Good standard of written and spoken Russian and English; • Ability for travelling both in FSU up to 50% of working time and abroad occasionally.
