Иностранная компания ищет специалиста на позицию Approvals Lead.
Работа в Южно - Сахалинске, постоянная, контракт бессрочный, мобилизация на Сахалин оплачивается, компанией снимается жилье для иногороднего персонала, соц.пакет согласно Российскому законодательству.
Basic Functions
Provides guidance and advice to ensure the Business Unit remains in which includes reviewing documents, writing policies and procedures, obtaining licences, and providing training, guidance and assistance as required. Serves as primary interface with government external and internal auditors on all audit matters of the Business Unit. Oversees and ensures compliance with government rules and regulations both locally and internationally including developing policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Demonstrates comprehensive technical expertise in a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures including but not limited to the following: Financial and Cost Accounting functions; Auditing and Contract Administration functions; Federal Procurement Rules and Regulations: -Federal Acquisition Regulation; -Cost Accounting Standards. Interfaces directly and through the subordinate staff with the various government agencies as well as internal and external auditors. Supervises the group of national approvals engineers. Competent is all aspects of approvals of engineering documentation (including Industrial Safety Expertiza and GlavGosExpertiza), equipment certification (GOST-R, Ex-Proof, etc) and permitting (Permit to Use). Able to provide full regulatory support required to import, install and operate the equipment. Able to effectively control a number of subcontractors utilised to provision of Industrial Expertiza and Certification services.
Требования к кандидатам:
• Previous work experience with local authorities
• Fluent in both English and Russian
• Good interpersonal skills
• The candidate will be able to supervise the team, will demonstrate good safety awareness
• Experience in the oil & gas industry is required.
• Engineering undergraduate degree and minimum 15 years experience in the field or in a related area.
