Area Manager – East Siberia

MINIMUM requirements:
- Higher chemical education
- Fluent English and Russian (preference is given to Russian citizens)
- Background in Oil and Gas treating / oilfield chemicals (in position of Technical Service engineer, Account Manager, Sales Manager); competence in a wide range of production chemistry applications;
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous sales /account management experience
- Able and willing to be based permanently in East Siberia (exact location is to be confirmed by client)

Responsibilities:
- Manage key account / accounts;
- Develop and maintain sales relationships with customers; create new sales opportunities;
- Technical support to customers, understanding customer processes and delivering value to them (proactively recommending cost-effective solutions to the customer);
- Interaction with production operations staff
