Big company is looking for Area Marketing Manager


Responsibilities:

Support the development of a Product Strategy regarding Company Core Product Groups by identifying market trends and gaining insight into Product Market Drivers. Further, the person should pro-actively communicate that strategy to CFT. Includes the following processes: Dimensioning Markets and Segments, Analyzing Product Cost and Prices vs. Competitors and Characterizing Product requirements within Segments.
Monitoring competitors to gather insights into market size and trend data.
Analyzing and understanding Mega market trends for the country and the region.
Implementing strategies/tactics to support Product Leadership objectives.
Understanding and analyzing customer and market segment needs.
Product Focus Team, configure the “Best Mix” of Products for the Country/Region (Core and Adjacent Product Groups). Support the Area launch of the Products, applying Product Pricing Policies and managing product life cycles.
Understanding the regulatory environments in the country or region.
Defining best mix of products by country, considering all Company sources of products as determined by the Product Focus Team.
Working closely with Certification Manager on local approvals and certifications and managing “Regulatory Involvement” of all Companies representatives in the country/region.
Actively implementing product positioning decisions and managing the product life cycle.
Monitoring competition.
Introducing new products.
Facilitating the phase out of aging products.
Ensuring the most effective Training of the Sales Teams on the Best Mix of products.
Differentiating Products from Competitors based on advantages, user benefits and cost of ownership.
Creating Industry Segment Literature and Advertising, Promoting Products to Customers.
Supporting CFT in the pursuit of large sales opportunities.

Specifications:

Good knowledge of Product Marketing is required. Broad product knowledge Technical understanding of how to apply products to Customer Requirements.
English (high intermediate / advanced)
Prior experience in Product Marketing and/or sales of Personal Protective Equipment within the Russia and CIS Region.
Proven capability to quantitatively analyze, integrate, synthesize and interpret large amounts of data from disparate and sometimes conflicting data sources.
