As built engineer

This position is based in Russia. The As built engineer will be involved in a major Oil & Gas EPC’s project.

Activities:

• The receipt, control, dispatch, general filling for all technical documents;
• The field design, or modifications, according to delegation given by the project Director;
• Documentation on site;
• Serves as site Focal point for Field design/modifications;
• Quality Management coordination, together with the Quality Manager for Non Conformity Reports;
• Responsible for providing site-engineering input to HSE review and studies;
• Checks the consistency between transmittal sheets and documents attached;
• Controls the receipt, reproduction and issue of technical documents in the field, maintains up to date files of these documents and ensures their accessibility to authorized personnel;
• Records all information necessary to have a clear follow-up of arrival, transmittal any time by any body at any working place;
• Duplicates and distributes all documents in compliance with the project procedures (matrix). Client and subcontractors included;
• Organize the filling of all documents;
• With the assistance of Discipline Field Engineers and H.O Engineering Center when required;
• Provides when required, expertise to the construction personnel on all technical matters:
• Maintain technical queries logs and ensure resolution;
• Provides additional drawing as required for changes and modifications, and errors or missions, and coordinates with design engineering per project procedures;
• Clarification requests;
• Manages the master of "AS BUILT" drawings and relevant files for hand-over to COMPANY;
• Controls plant acceptance files and systems turnover documentation;
• Acts as liaison between the CONTRACTOR and the CLIENT in matters pertaining.

Qualifications and Experience required:

Graduate Engineer with minimum 6 years experience in oil and gas industry;
