Big oil&gas company is looking for Maintenance Asset Coordinator in Qatar.
Key Result Areas
• Reviews and coordinates all Maintenance works for nominated Asset areas ensuring safe execution of activities. Works with the other Asset Coordinators to ensure that all parties are kept abreast of work in their areas.
• Represents the Maintenance Department on committees, task forces, technical work groups etc and acts as the primary Asset Area Maintenance interface
• Acts as the MOC (Management of Change) Coordinator for all change requests related to Maintenance for the responsible Asset Area
• Participates in all daily Planning meetings and be responsible for the final Release of associated 14/28/90 day Schedule of Works against which Compliance will be measured
• Participates in Shut down plans development, development of SIMOPS procedures, usage of Workshop facilities and Test Rigs, Crane usage etc
• Reviews PPM compliance for Critical PPMs as well as other PPMs and signs off compliance statistics
• Provides input into the development of Asset Area Maintenance Budgets
• Asset Area representative for Tie-ins and Interface issues relating to Expansion work, Ensure all tie-in/change activities comply with established Ras Gas policies and procedures
• Participate in HAZOP Reviews, Mechanical Acceptance etc for expansion works for Asset Area when required.
• Participates and Arranges OPCO personnel for P&ID / HAZOP/3-D Plant Model and Tie-in detailed reviews as required
• Coordinates/participates in field activities related to the start-up/commissioning of new facilities for the nominated Asset Area, Maintain accurate and detailed records of commissioning/ start up to ensure all events are captured for future use.
• Work with Maintenance Systems and other teams to ensure Equipment Database, Spares & Documentation availability before handover of new assets to Maintenance.
• Coordinate the day-to-day field maintenance activities related to resources, equipment, manpower, logistic, in order to maintain unit running smoothly, safely and economically.
• Lead the work execution for field activities during emergency shutdown and emergency breakdown
• Evaluates problems in his asset to ensure they are properly prioritized and coordinate with maintenance teams for work execution and handover the plant in the best shape possible to operation in order meet daily production, business, and safety targets.
• Leads discussions on problems identified with the best way to solve it and manage resource allocation to focus on repair work for major equipment.
• Evaluates performance of all equipment to ensure repair work comply with Maintenance Standards, OEM Manuals and Equipment Strategies.
• Provides 24 hour, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, “on-call” business and Field Maintenance support for asset related issues and provides field support in the event of plant emergencies.
• Ensure adherence to all EHS procedures and standards and provides feedback to Head Field Maintenance when areas for improvement are identified.
Knowledge Skills and Experience
• More than 15 years of diversified experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with at least 5 years at the Supervisory level
• Computer literate, with a good knowledge of business software applications and SAP systems
• Excellent written and oral English language skills
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team atmosphere
• Excellent adaptability to a multicultural environment with a wide exposure to various cultures and customs.
• Knowledge of various Oil & Gas Processes, gained by education or experience, and ability to apply this knowledge to execute a project on time and in a safe manner.
• Requires a good deal of field maintenance knowledge and know how in the safe operations of all major equipment.
