This position is based in Moscow, Russia. The Asset Information Management (AIM) Engineer will be involved in a major Oil & Gas operator’s project.
Activities:
• Satisfy Engineering Project requirements to manage all asset data & document deliverables in terms of quality, quantity, fit for purpose, timeliness and reporting; and Satisfy Asset Operations’ needs to populate their maintenance management systems and engineering document and data repositories with adequate information to reliably start-up, run, maintain and prepare for brown-field engineering.
• Interface with Project Managers and Project, Discipline and Operations engineers to establish minimum AIM requirements (e.g. Maintenance Management System Build, Plant Breakdown Structures, Tag/ Equipment/Document Classification, Spare Parts Interchangeability Records, etc.) to be delivered by the project. Eliminate and simplify requirements, recognizing where specific requirements are excessive in comparison to other projects.
• Apply Company standards to deliver Asset Information requirements to the project and Operations.
• Recognize where non traditional projects can validly deviate without compromising the value adding AIM activities and principles (e.g. different tools but same underlying process).
• Quality assurance of AIM (consistency, completeness, progress) in support of rapid project delivery.
• Leverage engineering tools like an Engineering Data Warehouse to support fast/effective delivery and manage consistency of shared-data between discipline engineers.

Qualifications and Experience required:
• Graduate engineer with minimum 10 years experience as Discipline or Project Engineer with a proven track record in an EPC Office or Project Team environment, providing a breadth and depth of knowledge of cross discipline engineering information and project management processes, maintenance management and spare parts.oil and gas industry.
• Knowledge of engineering databases, tools and document management systems.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
• Fluent Russian is mandatory.
• Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment.
