My client is an International E&P company with expanding drilling operations in Kazakhstan who is currently looking for a young and ambitious Assistant / Head of General Directors office.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing oil company and then progress into one of the divisions whether that is Finance/Engineering/Project Controls. This position might be suitable for an interpreter also.
Responsibilities:
To organise, coordinate day to day activities; to prepare the post maps, pre-selecting by importance etc; to prepare presentations, meetings etc; to draft letters; Arrange and schedule meetings, assist with general administration work.
Minimum requirements:
2-5+ years of experience, experience in organising and coordinating the office. Degree educated in Finance, Engineering or other relevant degree. Languages: English, Russian and Kazakh. Other languages would be an advantage. General Director is an Expat so German language knowledge would be very helpful.
Work schedule:
Full-Time Staff role. Long-term contract. Job is based out of Western Kazakhstan.
