Baker Hughes is currently looking for HSE Manager Russia based in Western Siberia.
The main goal of this role is to plan and manage environmental and/or safety programs.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of HSE Specialists to ensure compliance with government laws and regulations and BHI policies.
- Analyze and interpret scientific and technical journals, financial reports and regulatory documents.
- Analyze and interpret HSE periodicals,professional journals, technical procedures and government regulations.
- Make budgetary recommendations in order to comply with governmentmandated HSE regulations.
- Develop procedures based on regulatory and/or client requirements.
- Effectively present information and respond to questions or concerns from employees, managers, clients, regulatory agencies and the general public.
- Handle special projects, as assigned.
