I am currently working in partnership with an International provider of services and products to the Oil and Gas Industry with interests in over 60 countries worldwide. The company is split into numerous business sectors, each one providing market leading services to International and National clients alike.
We are currently looking to recruit a Business Development Account Leader to handle all National/International Oil Company accounts in their Russian business’ Drilling Division. The IOC market in Russia is constantly growing and evolving, and therefore the company are looking to recruit a senior, highly experienced account management and business development professional to handle these ever increasing accounts.
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager as the BD Account Leader you will be responsible for:
• Manage and develop all IOC accounts across all service business lines.
• Increase revenue with current clients, whilst strategically identifying new revenue streams.
• Liaise with all business units and identify areas requiring development, ensuring all services are represented fully in the market.
As the suitable candidate, you will have:
• 10 + years’ experience with the Oil and Gas industry, with 5 year in a senior account management or business development role.
• Experience with International Oil Companies, experience within Russia preferential but non-essential.
• A background in the service industry would be preferred, either as service provider or end user.
• Good conduct of both Russian and English.
