French recruitment agency TPA announces about a new position for a big European industrial company Business Development Manager
Key accountabilities:
To develop long term (10 to 15 years) contracts with refining and chemical industries
To survey the Russian market, elaborate and maintain a portfolio of potential customers.
To understand the needs of the customers in term of technical specification, schedule, reliability, safety etc..
To coordinate with the engineering the definition of the scope of supply
To conceive the commercial strategy of the projects in coordination with the director.
To elaborate, in English, the Executive Summary of the project (presentation of the customer and of the project, competition, the company’s approach), which is presented to the company’s European Project Review Committee.
To organize the networking of the key decision making employees of the customer early in the commercial development of project
To prepare and lead all contract and legal negotiations up to the signature of the long term contract
Required skills and qualifications:
Higher education (petroleum engineering, oil refining);
Knowledge of refining processes;
Experience in the refining department or in the refinery organization;
Fluent English
