Position
Business Development Manager MWO (metal working oil)
Function
• The metalworking sector has been identified as being one of the three specialities within Global Lubricants;
• The incumbent will be responsible for contributing in the Russian business as BDM and therefore will also have a key role in making company the leading player in the Metalworking field;
• Responsible for the elaboration of the business plan and delivery of sales targets as set by the Sales Manager RUS/CEE;
• Develops MWO business in close contact with local sales staff, favourably in B2B Indirect channel;
• Should provide market driven input to the Marketing and Technology team and Supply Chain Manager and implement the agreed strategic plans and/or Projects/Products with regards to the MWO business;
• Develop sales and deliver high standard performance, in order to maintain the high customer focus;
• To be champion in MWO business development and ensure the optimum of business synergies with Mainstream.
Requirements
• Higher technical education;
• From 4 years in sales of oil\equipment\materials for metal-working companies;
• Fluent English;
• Good communication and personal skills;
• Readiness to business trips (70%).
