With the head quarter in St. Petersburg, TOMS has offices in all regions of Russia, in Kazakhstan and in Germany. For the further expansion of our natural gas and energy business, we are hiring for our location in St. Petersburg, a Business Development Manager Gas / Energy (m/f) Russia / CIS to join our team for natural gas supply chain solutions covering gas treatment, liquefaction, LNG storage and distribution, LNG/CNG stations and engine conversion to natural gas. Work Activities Prospect for potential projects in the field of natural gas, LNG and energy in Russia and CIS markets and turn this into increased business. Identify and develop TOMS’s unique selling propositions and differentiators using knowledge of the market and competitors. Attend events and conferences to present TOMS’s products and services and to provide feedback and information on markets and trends. Research and build relationships with new clients and enhance existing client relationships. Set up meetings between client decision makers and TOMS’s leaders and principals. Work closely with team to develop prospects and proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns and objectives. Forecast sales targets and help to close deals to meet these targets. Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light. Lead and participate in meetings with customers, team members and project participants. Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs. Profile Engineering degree or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business development and/or in proposal and project management, preferably with experience in international projects. Sound experience in leadership and in the collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Good knowledge about Russian and CIS natural gas, CNG / LNG and energy market. Experience in international markets is a plus. Excellent networker, communicator and team player. Professional presentation skills. Very good verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English language.
