Our client (EPC projects) is looking for CAD 3D Administrator:
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE ELIGIBILITY TO WORK in RF and FLUENT RUSSIAN.
▪ Perform technical tasks assigned by the discipline Lead, related with design,verification or study activities
▪ Coordinate and supervise technical activities related to CAD 3D Project
▪ Provide 3D Model management in order to achieve project tasks
▪ Interface with other Disciplines CAD 3D administrators
▪ Perform maintenance related to discipline catalogue
Role:
A - Development Technology know how and Commercial support
▪ Coordinate with ICT Dept. to find tools to improve efficiency
B - Feasibility
▪ Assist Lead during feasibility study
C - Bidding phase / Commercial proposal development
▪ Assist Lead in evaluating Client requirements and possible alternative tools
▪ Assist Lead in evaluating manhours and costs needed
▪ Assist Bidding Team in Evaluating cost/schedule impact of Client technical specifications related to CAD 3D Environment
D - Project Execution
▪ Create Project specification for 3D software set up
▪ Set up and support 3D Project (all tools for 3D design)
▪ Prepare and follow up discipline catalogues expediting missing information for components and relevant dimensions
▪ Set up sets for isometric extraction
▪ Set up sets for discipline drawing extraction
▪ Set up MTO extraction for Material Management Systems
▪ Analyse Client technical specifications, within his area of responsibility, in order to ensure standardization and project
uniformities through the project
▪ Analyse, within his area of responsibility, criticalities in 3D Model development and propose recovery activities
E - Construction and start up
▪ Support Construction activity in tools set up (Spooling tools)
▪ Assure as-built implementation in 3D Model
F - Home office activities (Master)
▪ Suggest input to discipline leads to harmonize design and project management methodologies
▪ Provide support to projects and procurements to solve non standards problems
▪ Suggest the modification of department work flow and dept technical standards
▪ Participate to the modification of company work flow and technical standardise
▪ Collect project feed backs for continuousimprovement implementation (Lesson Learned)
▪ Participate to vendor and outsourcing qualification
▪ Develop and scout of tools for simplified design activities
▪ Partecipate in planning, controlling and managing outsourcing engineering center
▪ Evaluate and manage gaps to find the proper training for personnel
▪ Investigate market to find adequate tools to improve efficiency
Qualifications:
Knowledge of tools related to 2D and 3D modelling activities
Knowledge of Basic construction drivers and rules applicable accordingly to construction software, by
spool system in use for site material management Capability to plan Discipline engineering activities
and documentation deliverables in order to meet Project schedule milestones considering design
workflows and engineering interfaces with all other Project Disciplines and functions
Capability to manage dynamic changes due to endogenous and exogenous factors
Fluent Russian, English (Fluent - disirable, intermediate is possible).
Office location: Universitet metro station (corporate transport form Kievskaya metro station).
