Our client (the world leader in project management, engineering and construction for the energy industry) is looking for a Camp Manager for a project in Russia.

Requirements:
• Fluent Russian is mandatory
• 3+ years of experience as a Camp Manager within an international oil&gas company
• Familiar with basic Office Suite software, advance command on Excel and knowledge of Computerized Management Maintenance System (such as Maximo, Planon)
• Very good level of English

Responsibilities:
• Managing camp occupancy in liaison with Site construction representative
• Actively participating in HSE and HAACP standard implementation
• Supervising works and services of subcontractor
• Issuing and following-up KPI to evaluate the Subcontractor service level
• Making sure the work procedure related to various services including technical and maintenance services are in place (work permit, Simops and etc.)
• Supervising all preventive actions and corrective actions are taking to allow a 24/7 running of the camp and utilities
• Ensuring food and spare parts stock level are optimized and in line with contractor requisition
• Checking and controlling purchase of spare parts, extra products and equipment done by the camp subcontractor
• Estimating and following-up the operational expenditure budget of the camp and related services
• Monitoring various consumptions (fuel, water, energy)
• Controlling camp subcontractor invoices
• Managing time sheets of subcontractor's staff
• Providing records and preparing reports
