Chief Engineer. Scope of responsibility: overall responsibility for all production and technical issues at producing asset. Reporting to him will be U/G, O/P, Mill, Chief mechanic and his part of maintenance service, Chief Electrician and his part of maintenance service, geologists and surveyors, Heavy Fleet, Production planning. Stationed at MNV, fly-in/fly-out is not acceptable. Package – 250-350k RUB per month Gross, 1 trip home p/a, medical and life insurance, target bonus of 20% of annual basic. Accommodations are provided. Successful candidate shall have at least 10 years of experience in Russia with mining company (gold mining is ideal, base metals will do, NOT coal), at least 5 years of experience in similar position. Result-oriented strong manager capable of seeing the job through (take no excuse from no one). Без знания английского языка - резюме рассматриваться не будут!
