Job Responsibilities:
2.1 SAP/Business process controls and improvement:
SEIC operates in remote location in harsh environment where logistics is difficult and cost of downtime is very high that is why it is critical to have adequate service and material supply, material issue/return and stock replenishment processes which fully utilize SEIC SAP functionality.
• Develop, track and be custodian of SAP/Business Improvement plan in TD considering directorate’s business priorities and available resources;
• Prepare business cases when current SAP process needs to be changed, propose activities, resource requirements and timeline, lead implementation and After Action Reviews;
• Assess the risks, costs, and potential benefits of alternative business/SAP process designs.
• Work with Process Owners and Internal/External Experts to review and develop training material when changes to business/SAP are implemented and coordinate the rollout of that training to users.
• Develop, document and implement SAP control/health measurement routine (KPIs) for SAP implementation plan, material management, logistics and well close-out processes in TD;
• Conduct daily documented monitoring of measurable indicators/KPIs for key steps for above processes;
• Immediately flag non-compliance to responsible person and his/her supervisor advising corrective actions and do further follow-up;
• Analyse documented non-compliance statistics, examine reasons and propose and lead mitigation measures and process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean approach;
• Proactively assure that mitigation measures are in place for repetitive non-compliance practices;
• Align Requisition to Pay (RtP), Material/Inventory Management (MM) and Well/Work close-out processes across all TD departments;
• Organize group of TD SAP Super-users promoting quality SAP usage and best practices;
• Liaise and build good relationships with the various stakeholders inside the Company and Contractors. Current stakeholders: Contract and Procurement, Well Engineering, Production, SAP team, Finance, Inventory and Logistics. Organize and lead working cross-departmental groups in order to fulfil duties;
• Apply thorough understanding of business process improvement, benefit and risk management, and software testing events throughout the development lifecycle. Take a systematic and analytical approach to problem solving and pay close attention to detail.

2.2 Management Reporting:
• Provide monthly reporting of project status and key facts and figures on SAP implementation to SAP Steering committee, Materials Steering Committee and SAP Working group in accordance with changeable requirements;
• Provide Technical Directorate’s input to reports for Russian Party, Audit Chamber, Shareholder reports as required;
• Provide performance data for departmental/directorate dashboard;
• Communicate SAP/business process KPIs and relevant statistics to all internal stakeholders;
• Prepare ad-hoc reports on quality indicators of SAP/business processes by request.

Shall Have the Knowledge of:
• Business Improvement:
o Lean Six Sigma Business Improvement practices and tools;
o Effective communication and presentation;
o Effective team work principles;
o Principles of effective work under stress;
o Time management.

• Business Processes and Technology:
o Methods of business and data analysis, good working knowledge of the organization’s policies, management structure and business objectives, and of the existing IT portfolio and IT infrastructure;
o SEIC Well Delivery Process, its main stages and their deliveries;
o SEIC material management, stock replenishment and logistics processes;
o SEIC SAP RtP, MM and Well close-out processes;
o Principles of Corrective and Preventive maintenance routine for well/rig works;
o Supply Chain and Logistics principles;
o Well drilling and completion techniques and methods.

• IT:
o SAP Blueprint,
o Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio.

• Excellent command of both Russian and English.
