Responsibilities:
•Preparation of methodology solutions for IAS and RAS accounting
•Methodology support of IAS and RAS accounting policies; monitoring of execution
•Company internal policies and procedures elaboration
•Monitoring of legislation changes for timely preparation of new methodological guidelines
•Issue of methodological explanations reflecting financial/business operations in accounting, contractual terms, financial schemes to optimize business processes
•Methodological support of company internal and external financial reporting
•Development of rules and regulations determining subdivisions order of interaction, particularity of operation paperwork management, accounting treatment, etc
•Contribution to development and implementation of internal control system
•Liaise with auditors and external advisors on accounting methodology to optimize accounting and introduce new accounting methods
•Consulting for company employees on accounting issues
Requirements:
•Graduate in finance
•Experience in Big4 or in audit, at least 5 years as methodologist, manager
•Deep knowledge of RAS, IFRS, taxation, currency legislation
•DipIFR/АССА/CIMA; Russian accounting and taxation professional certificates
•Fluent English
