CIVIL CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER in a foreign oil & gas company Main Responsibilities:
• Resolve all technical activities related to civil and building works during the construction and commissioning activities
• Liaise closely with the construction contractors and identify areas where further clarification to the existing engineering design is required
• Ensure satisfactory completion of project in terms of civil and building works engineering
• Manage, control and approve engineering studies during the project execution in line with Referential, Master Development Plan, and Russian norms and practices
• Anticipate potential problems of interfaces. Analyse and propose corrective actions
Qualifications/Experience Required:
• Graduate engineer with minimum 10 years experience in civil and building engineering and construction for the oil industry of which 5 spent in a lead Civil/Building site engineering position.
• Excellent proficiency in AutoCad
• Good level of English (speaking and writing)
• Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment
