Civil Engineer

Functions:
•Coordinate and supervise Civil and Building works studies for the scope described above.
•Check that Construction is performed in conjunction with the design intent and the Statement of Requirements.
•Ensure coordination of Civil and Building activities with other Specialists within the project team. Ensure global consistency of the design.
•Control and comment the documents issued by contractor(s) and check that they are as per Company specifications and rules and Russian standards and practices.
•Relay to the Design Authorship team on site any deviations from the design that have been implemented in the field and ensure that the correct paperwork for such deviations is in place to rectify the situation or accept the current installation.
•Update and reissue technical design documentation prior to construction activities should corrections to the design be required.
•Follow-up Contractor(s) activities.
•Daily report

Requiremets:
-Graduate engineer with minimum 10 years experience in civil and building engineering and construction for the oil industry of which 5 spent in a lead Civil/Building site engineering position.
-Excellent proficiency in AutoCad
-Good English
-Good communication skills, able to work in a multicultural environment
