One of the world leaders among engineering and construction companies is looking for Lead Civil Engineer
Technical liaison between Russian Design Institute (RDI) & UK office & Client.
Plan, schedule, conduct and coordinate programs of assigned engineering works.
Analyze reports, maps, drawings, tests and other data to plan and design works.
Prepare weekly / ad hoc summary reports on critical activities & areas of concern.
Contact with clients, subcontractors, vendor’s representatives and project field personnel on a regular basis. Attend and participate in clients, subcontractors and vendors meetings
Review vendor bids, analyze and make recommendations.
Use engineering and design computer software applied in the company to complete assigned works.
Establish list of RDI documentation deliverables
Maintain awareness of client, vendor and subcontractor documentation requirements.
Participate in studies, front-end detailed engineering and procurement projects.
Assist with evaluation of technical design integrity.
Initiate and coordinate the follow-up on outstanding items identified at weekly engineering leads meetings, ensure clarity and timely resolution of issues
