Function

• Managing, under of the responsibility of Civil Works & Pipelines;
• Follow Up and Verify all documentations proposed by the Contractor;
• Ensuring the storing and confidentiality of the documentation;
• Participating to the reception of equipment;
• Supervising with the proper degree of safety and environment protection;
• Supervising in respect of Contract, purchase order, change order terms and conditions;
• Follow Up and Verify compliance with technical specifications, drawings and procedures;
• Managing construction (all) interfaces with others: contractors, operations etc ...
• Providing necessary input and participate in clarifications, negotiations etc ...
• Supervising the preparation of the pre-commissioning and assist commissioning activities (organisation, procedures …);
• Contributing to audits of Contractors or Sub-Contractors in co-operation with the QA/QC department;
• Liaising and supporting Vendor / Contractor representative for site survey and work visits.

Requirements

• Education/ Work experience in pipeline and river crossing: high professional education (technical) with work experience not less than 5 years as pipeline supervisor;
• Good technical background should include design and equipment utilization in pipeline facilities;
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing);
• Good communication skills;
• Able to work in a multicultural environment.
