Position CMMS Team Leader
Function • The collection, review, assessment, validation, update and maintenance of PM Master data/information this includes but is not limited to; maintaining and updating SAP PM technical data, technical objects, maintenance plans, maintenance items and all key master data associated with asset maintenance requirements, and ensuring that these data change activities are subsequent complete in a timely manner; • Prepare and maintain detailed Maintenance Plans and Schedules, ensuring that these are in line with Maintenance Strategies, Process and Procedures. The maintenance plans must be resourced, planned and scheduled in line with Corporate performance targets while ensuring that the following objectives are met: • HSE risks are at ALARP levels and controlled in line with Corporate HSE Standards; • Technical Integrity is managed in compliance with Russian Federation Law, ABS and Federal GGTN Rules and Regulations, DEPs and Industrial Design Standards; • Equipment and systems reliability is improved to maximize Production Up-Time and Cash Flow; • Effective monitoring and control of Maintenance Costs; • Providing a quality customer service by working cooperatively with various teams and individuals both in the office and at onshore/offshore sites through the provision of necessary and/or requested information from the CMMS database; • Providing training and coaching of CMMS staff, maintenance, production operations and support personnel in the CMMS processes, procedures and software functionality to ensuring that users are competent in the use of the system and can effectively utilise the CMMS for the management of maintenance work execution; • Provision of helpdesk support for SAP PM and the functionality of other SAP modules (ie. PS, MM, CO) as they relate/interface to the SAP PM processes/functionality; • Updating the master data in the CMMS system including updates to PM’s and Equipment information delivered by the project and by master data requests (Z6 process); • Review and confirm the accuracy of equipment and PM data handed over from the project teams or from master data requests (Z6). Where incomplete, inaccurate, missing or duplicated data/information is identified, work proactively and cooperatively with original data providers and when necessary Information Management team to resolve and correct prior to implementing in SAP. Ensure that new data is properly stored or loaded into appropriate databases and maintained; • Initiate the generation of work orders from maintenance plans and schedules for newly commissioned facilities and equipment in co-ordination with site commissioning schedules; • Extracting and analysing CMMS data to enable the preparation of business reports to facilitate the improvement of maintenance work management activities. This includes but is not limited to: MIMS measures, specific maintenance key performance indicators (KPIs) and other requested data to assist in the improvement of maintenance routines, maintenance processes and procedures; • Preparation of specific business reports as requested by line management; • When required by line management, facilitate the introduction of new SAP PM features and the integration/interfacing of other software systems to SAP PM which are relevent for the business and/or suppoprt the ongoing improvements in the maintenance work management process; • Identifying, developing and maintaining operating procedures and work instructions related to the CMMS processes and associated activities. Take ownership for those procedures and work instructions assigned to him/her by line management and fulfil the role of document custodian.
Requirements • English – Intermediate and higher; • Experience under the speciality shall be approximately 15 years with industry experience. • Good knowledge in CMMS (SAP-PM); • Analytical Thinking, Communication Skills, Manage Change, Leadership, Built and Maintain effective teams .
