We are looking for a Commissioning Machinery Supervisor (CMS) for the plant construction project in Tobolsk, Russia
He executes the activities pertaining to the pre-commissioning and commissioning of the
Plant.
He operates in compliance with the quality requirements, health/environmental/safety
regulations and following the stated procedures.
Hierarchical position
He reports to the Commissioning Manager and, in complex organizations, he coordinates
with the Commissioning Operation Superintendent.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Review the pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures for all rotary and
reciprocating equipment.
· Develop new or review the existing inspection forms for the pre-commissioning and
commissioning activities pertaining to Machinery activities.
· To field check the DAC and prepare relevant Commissioning punch list, following the
CME instructions.
· Monitor and ensure the activities are carried out as per schedule and in accordance
with the procedures and requirements.
· Coordinate with other disciplines like process, instrumentation, electrical for the smooth
completion of the activities.
· Ensure all safety rules are in force and are followed in field.
· Report and update on the progress of the activities.
· Suggest to the Commissioning Manager and CVC the needs for mobilization of
Vendors specialists. Supervise the works of vendors’ specialists and ensure their
efficient utilization.
· Develop procedures for the functional tests of the machineries in coordination with
other discipline, in particular with PRE.
· Manage the manpower made available from the Sub Contractors.
· Ensure availability of commissioning spares and consumables for the execution of
activities.
Mandatory requirement: minimum 5 years hands on experience in commissioning.
- Must be Fluent in English and Russian;
- University Degree
Start of Working Period: asap
General conditions:
Location Tobolsk, Russia.
Living allowance: RUB 2159
Local Transportation, Accommodation provided.
Rotation 91/15 + 2 travel days
Flights of mobilization and demobilization provided.
