Position
Commissioning Site Leader
Function
During Preparation phase, on Commissioning aspects the Job Holder has to:
• Organize the activities following OPERCOM philosophy
• Define the list of systems and sub-system
• Preparation and evaluation of deliverables
• P&ID and Single Loop Diagram Drawing marked-up
• Follow up of issuing Operational test procedure
• Define and request resources required
• Progress and measurement of documentation management
• Follow-up Preparation and issuance of pre-commissioning and commissioning dossiers
• Coordinate the activities with the Construction team on site
During commissioning and start-up phase the Job Holder has to:
• Be responsible for the overall safety for the commissioning activities
• Follow pre-commissioning activities through the trade construction superintendents
• Supervise the commissioning activities on site
• Lead commissioning team (discipline superintendents)
• Coordinate contractors and vendors on site
• Management of the combined pre-commissioning
• Define and request resources required (personnel, tools…)
• Check progress against planning and recommend any necessary corrective actions
• Provide reporting to company Project Production Leader
• Ensure hand over of sub-systems to Operations
• In general, anticipate potential problems of interfaces / Analyse and propose corrective actions and Issue Production and Commissioning quality control procedures.
Requirements
• Minimum 10 years experience in the oil industry with field operations experience with Toxic gas environment and commissioning experiences will be appreciated
• Fluent in English mandatory (speaking and writing)
• Team spirit, leadership, reactivity, good communication and motivation skills, able to work in a multicultural and extreme environment
