[size=10][size=9]For the construction of refinery in Khabarovsk, Russia we are looking for Process Commissioning Engineer[/size][/size]
The candidate will be placed in Madrid, Spain for the first 6 months of the assignment. Job requirements:
-Fluent in English language;
-Engineer university degree
-Minimum 5 years experience in commissioning for refineries or oil and gas facilities
Duties:
-Procedure preparation
-Schedule preparation
-HSE related document preparation
-Permit to work coordination
-Interface coordination with other contractors
-Manage and control commissioning activities in his area
-Direct and supervise his subordinates for commissioning activities
-Any other work related commissioning in his area.
Location: first 6 months in Madrid, Spain, then Khabarovsk, Russia
Duration: until June 2012
Rotation in Madrid: 4months on / 15 days off, 40hours/week
Rotation in Khabarovsk: 90 days on / 15 days off, 6 days/week, 10hours/day
Conditions in Madrid: company will cover accommodations, travel costs
Conditions in Khabarovsk: company will cover accommodations, food, travel costs
