Job Description International Energy Consortium is looking for Compensation&Benefits Specialist. Unit- HR department Location-Moscow Functions: - Development and introduction of systems of material and non-material motivation of personnel for various organization departments and the company as a whole. - Participation in development of measures to enhance labor quality and efficiency. - Participation in development of key performance indicators, positions grading, wage scales, job descriptions. - Analyses of employees’ satisfaction and involvement. - Development of polices and procedures, local regulatory acts in the area of personnel motivation (Regulation on bonuses etc.). - Participation in development and introduction of the system of personnel rating from the point of employees motivation. - Salary market survey. - Analysis, development and introduction of effective remuneration systems. - Participation in organization of work quota setting. - Participation in manpower planning. - Participation in maintenance of administrative manning table. - Required manpower calculation as per regulations. - Recommendations on manpower deployment. - Organization of work quota setting for employees. - Salary fund budgeting and budget execution analysis. - Personnel salary accounting as per effective systems. - Job descriptions development. - Shift schedules development: standard, individual. Requirements: - Higher professional education. - GRP, HAY - Experience in the area of personnel motivation systems development. - Experience of work in HR services in oil and gas industry. - Knowledge, skills and experience in application of methods of material and non-material motivation of personnel. - Knowledge of labor laws of Russian Federation. - Capabilities in self-sufficient operation and achievements. - Knowledge and practical skills of work quota setting. - Experience in work quota setting at manufacturing enterprises. - Experience of work with corporate structures in design organizations. - Skills in handling of big data volume, analytical thinking, attention to details, fitness for teamwork. - Fluent English. - Good computer skills (confident user of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet). - Higher professional education (degree in economy or human resources management). Conditions- 100 000 - 150 000 Gross
