Company: One of the world’s largest diversified upstream oilfield service companies. The company provides one of the industry’s broadest portfolios of services and products: drilling, evaluation, completion, production and intervention. Position: Completion Project manager Functions: • Manage day-to-day business development process of Cased Hole Completion technologies for the Russian market; • Prepare monthly/annual reports and budgets; • Achieve financial and operational targets; • Maintain and enhance existing business contacts and customer relationships; • Provide customers and field personnel with technical support and problem resolution; • Coordinate resources to meet operational and customer requirements; • Ensure compliance with company policies; • Sell and market Cased Hole Completion equipment to end users and 3rd party influencers; • Develop close working relationships with customer base and PL of parent Company; • Develop sales and business development strategy for assigned projects; • Assume responsibility for the positioning, tender activity and customer satisfaction for assigned projects; • Create and maintain a structured sales plan; • Monthly & Yearly sales report and sales forecast. Contribute to annual budget process and quarterly review; • Assist management with strategic business planning; • Sales budget and revenue for assigned projects. Requirements: • Higher education; • 5+ years experience in field, sales and operations; • Fluent English and Russian. Conditions: • Competitive salary; • Annual bonus; • Health insurance.
