Role Overview: To create stakeholder satisfaction by ensuring Execution Contractors fulfil their contractual obligations regarding Mechanical Completion and Pre-commissioning. Monitoring the proper execution and timely Data entry into the ACS System against company approved documents and reporting physical progress/status of the activity.
Duration: 12 Months with possibility of extension
Working Conditions: Rotation 28/28 - Based in Eskene West with visits to other locations when required
Status: Offshore, 28/28
Indicative Day Rate: Negotiable commensurate on candidate experience
Role Activities:
The job holder is responsible for:
· Monitoring Execution Contractors ACS system team;
· Monitoring & verifying the accuracy of the populated ACS system data provided by others;
· Ensuring the accuracy of Execution Contractor information loaded into the ACS;
· Checking the correct preparation of the Sub-system dossiers by Execution Contractor according the data loaded into ACS;
· Reviews Sub-system dossiers in cooperation with the other related Departments, (Construction, QA/QC and Commissioning) according to the Contract requirements and relevant procedures;
· Coordination of client’s Construction Supervisors & QA/QC Inspectors for site (walk down) in cooperation with the other related Execution Contractors:
· Monitoring of preparation, implementation and closure of client’s punchlists;
· Ensuring that no Punchlist A Items are still open before issue of the Certificate, Ready for Commissioning;
· Ensuring that no Non-Conformities are still open before issue of the Certificate, Ready for Commissioning.
Qualifications & Experience:
The job holder must have:
· Minimum of 7 years experience in Project Quality Management at site (education to a degree or diploma level);
· Demonstrable evidence of managing Quality / Construction resources;
· Familiarity with ISO 9001:2000;
· Experience of working in Pre-commissioning and Commissioning phases;
· Experience of working on RoK or Former Soviet Union oil and gas projects would be an advantage.
Required Minimum for HSE Training:
An individual in this position must as a minimum complete the following HSE training listing below. The list is not explicit and other HSE training requirements may apply based on specific areas/task the individual may be required to be involved in:
· Initial Induction (including Fire Safety and Electrical Safety modules)
· RoK Basic Industrial Safety Training
· RoK Safety and Labor Protection Training
· WRAP & TRIC Training
· Permit to Work Level 2 Training
· Working at Height Training
· SAFE-R
· AKCO Incident Investigation Training
Required competencies:
The job holder must have proven:
· Understanding of Quality Management as it applies to the oil and gas field development business;
· Ability to work within international multi-functional teams;
· Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
· Well developed skills in both written and spoken English;
· Good people management and leadership skills allied to a strong commercial awareness;
· Proactive with good interpersonal skills;
· Computer literate skills.
