Functions
• Conduction of construction expertise of main technical solutions, pre-feed, feed and engineering documentation for the construction of surface facilities for oil and gas, including:
• Performing validation of engineering calculations of building structures and solutions;
• Analyzing the validity of the building construction solutions;
• Analyzing taken construction decisions and the used materials in terms of providing structural reliability and ease of execution;
• Benchmarking the efficiency (including economic) of taken construction decisions. Consideration of alternative variants. Development of proposals for optimization;
• Analyzing the conformance of taken construction solutions with engineering surveys;
• Analyzing the conformance of taken construction solutions with requirements of standard technical documentation and technical task;
• Carrying out an expertise of engineering survey to check for completeness and quality and to take necessary construction solutions;
• Carrying out an expertise of the construction project and projects of work performance for compliance of construction technology with enforcement of design and construction solutions in accordance with the design documentation;
• Identifying, researching and supporting innovations implementation in construction with the best international practices (design, materials, technology, equipment).
Requirements
• Education: Graduate of higher technical institution in the field of industrial and civil construction;
• Experience in the field of industrial and civil construction at least 10 years;
• Experience in the field of structural design and construction of at least 5 years;• Experience in foreign company is the important requirement; • Experience in working abroad is the valuable advantage; • Working level of English is the important requirement;
• Advanced user: MS Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint), AutoCAD, LIRA-CAD (Staad Pro, Tekla, Autodesk Robot Structural);
• General knowledge of software (optional): MathCad (MicroFe) CivilDesigner (PLAXIS, CREDO, AutoCAD Civil). SMART Plant CADworx, PDS / PDMS, xSteel (StruCad, AutoCAD Structural) MatLab Primavera (MSProject);
• Key skills: expertise of project building documentation for compliance with technical standards, technical requirements and specifications; perform engineering calculations, construction of structures and facilities for ground-based infrastructure; technical and economic analysis of technical solutions; development of volume planned solutions; teamwork; business correspondence; preparing presentations and graphic materials.
