For the construction project of a polypropylene plant with an annual capacity of 500,000 tonnes we are looking for a Construction Quality Assistant for Tobolsk, Russia (Russian candidates only).
Job Requirements:
- Experience in quality assistance for oil and gas construction projects
- Fluent in Russian language and good level of English;
- The candidate reports to the Construction Quality Engineer. He checks and guarantees that certificates are prepared and collected and promotes any necessary action to ensure that the final book is complete and ready on time, as per the contract. Main responsibilities:
• To monitor the correct drafting of certification documents and check that they are duly issued and filed;
• To co-ordinate the treatment of both supplies and construction non-conformity and in particular to supervise their resolution;
•To identify any lack or incongruence in the certification of works and supplies, arranging any corrective action with the Supervisors and Material Controller;
• To prepare Field Quality Indices;
• To co-ordinate the preparation of the certification books according to the established Quality criteria so as to ensure that all systems forming the Plant are accepted from the subcontractors and handed over to Employer.
Contract Terms:
- Duration: 12 months with possible extension;
- Location: Tobolsk (Tyumen Oblast, Russia);
- Rotation: 91 days on / 15 days off + 2 travel days;
- Working schedule: 6 days per week, 10 hours per day;
