Contract Engineer
Requirements:
• Higher Education
• 3 years’ working experience as a contract engineer in a multinational oil&gas company
• Good competencies and inter discipline view
• Business understanding in a global environment
• Good skills in communication and the ability to work in multicultural environments
• Fluent English

Responsibilities:
• Planning and undertaking relevant market survey/market assessment for specific area of contractors and suppliers
• Contributing in establishing the onshore overall procurement strategy
• Undertaking procurement processes such as prequalification, ITT preparation, evaluation of tenders, negotiation and establishment of contract awards (contracts, frame agreements, call offs)
• Establishing contract follow-up strategies
• Working closely with and supporting other contract personnel within the Procurement unit
• Identifying and carrying out verification and relevant reports within own area of responsibility
• Contributing to the project invoice handling process and undertaking the contractual verification of the invoices
• Ensuring and undertaking close out of contracts including close out report
