We are looking for a Contract Manager for our construction Site in Tobolsk, Russia.

Job Description :
- assisting the Site manager, assuring the correct application of the terms and conditions stated in the subcontracts
- is the first interface for managing subcontracts at Site ensuring that their terms and conditions are properly interpreted and applied
- organizing the documentation necessary for contracts modifications and final settlement with the Subcontractors
Main responsibilities:
- interpret and explain contractual clauses
- check that contractual obligations are absolved by Employer and Subcontractors
- to check the expected final cost estimates against budget values
- to prepare for the Site Manager's signature the Works Progress Status sheets for presentation to Employer
- together with the Supervisors, to discuss and where possible reach an agreement with the Subcontractor concerning new prices, contractual amendments and claims, preparing the supporting documents for formal issue by Home Office Subcontracts Unit
- to prepare for the Site Manager's signature the field change orders and claims to be dispatched to Employer
- to prepare the documents for the award of local subcontracts
- to prepare his own section of the construction monthly progress report
Basic Knowledge
We look for someone who has occupied an equivalent position, working on large size projects, preferably in the petrochemical field, for at least 5 and up to 7 years
Studies
Minimum Secondary School degree, preferentially scientific disciplines
Complementary University graduation technological and science discipline.
Language
Fluent English is mandatory
Computer
Windows applications knowledge good level
Place of Employment: Construction Site Tobolsk, Russia
Living allowance: RUB 2159
Local Transportation, Accommodation provided.
Rotation 91/15 + 2 travel days
The priority will be given for Russian or resources who speak Russian.
