Our client search a Contract Manager for his project in Russia, the position must be covered on Site so it will be a local Russian contract through his TR russian Branch.
It is important that the experience is based on making claims and change orders over the main contract that a contractor has with the client (an operator). The main contract is normally an EPC (engineering, procurement, construction) project, lum sum turn key and with a budget of around 300-1000MMUSD.
The project is the revamping of an old Refinery in a city in Russia, it is an EPC LSTK project and at the moment they are working on the construction phase. The project is expected to finish in 1,5 years. There is already a Contract Manager there but as the project is in last phase, they have to close contracts, claims, etc. we need to hire a second contract Manager.
We can consider only:
Russian nationalities or European nationalities (except british, no quota list).
The Contract Manager is responsible for this project of all contractual matters with the client; he will manage the main contract (EPC LSTK) and all claims and change orders of the initial scope of work.
It is necessary to have a technical background and be engineer, University Engineering.
Minimum 5-10 years experience in managing claims and change orders for huge contracts (al least from 400MMUSD minimum)
Necessary experience in oil&Gas industry.
Russian project experience is an asset.
English speaking is required. The language of the project is english.
General conditions:
- The very attractive Salary will depend on experience 60 working hours/week from Monday to Saturday (overtime included in the salary)
- Accommodation in the city provided by the company
- Flights of mobilization, demobilization and rotation provided by Company (important: from/to nearest international airport. Establish by polity company)
- Rotation: 3months in, 2 weeks off.
- Transport provided by Company (shared cars)
- Lunch is not included.
- Local medical insurance.
