Coordinator, Interface Risk & Interface group Main Functions • To assist the Risk & Interface Manager in the provision of Risk and Interface capability to secure and enhance the delivery of the Project within the Project’s stated value drivers • To assist in the development of strategy Value Improvement Capability. (VIPs) and best practices into the project execution process, including coordination of any required workshops. Ensure team leaders and members integrate action items into project execution plans and follow-up to verify that documentation is complete. • Develop and coordinate the following project execution plans: Interface Management, Risk Management, VIP and Best Practice, Lessons Learned.
• Coordinate a comprehensive project-wide Interface Management Plan. Interfaces will relate to the responsibilities of company and the three main Project Management Companies with the full integration of HES and Operations Departments. • Develop, coordinate and maintain an effective, functioning interface management system to manage all interfaces between company and each Project Management Company (PMC). • Coordinate all technical, execution and organizational interfaces between respective scopes for each PMC. Manage and co-ordinate all interfaces with agencies of the Russian Federation, Republic of Kazakhstan, Shareholders, departments, and other third parties. • Ensure that detailed responsibilities at the contractual boundaries of multiple contracts are clearly identified, and positively managed. That the interfaces are technically managed according to appropriate engineering, construction, and commissioning standards. • Ensure that each PMC shall develop an Interface Management Plan which effectively identifies the interfaces between design, major equipment and material suppliers, and execution phase construction contractors. • Assist in the development of the interface risks and project schedules such that commercial exposures resulting from late delivery (of information or physical items) of one party to another are identified, valued, and risk assessed as circumstances develop and that mitigations are developed to resolve such issues appropriately • Provide audit/oversight role for both company and PMC interface work processes and execution; and inform supervisor, of any compliance, problem areas, and future direction. • Develop and implement a project-wide Assurance Plan for Risk and Interface responsibilities. • Coordinate department input efforts to required project wide assurance and review activities. • Ensure PMC's implement any department related assurance activities as may be required in accordance with the Project Management Agreements Requirements Coordinator Interface group should have 8+ years project experience in related interface or project management and risk management. International experience required. To perform his/her duties he should possess the following skills and knowledge: • Advanced PC user - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Email; • Strong organizational and planning skills with demonstrated experience of implementing mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery of project milestones • Must be self-starting and capable of developing cooperative working relationships in a multi-national and geographically spread working environment; • Proficient in written and oral Russian and English.
