Иностранная компания в городе Находка ищет специалиста на позицию Cost Controller. Работе постоянная, контракт до завершения проекта (приблизительно на 2 года), мобилизация в офисе в Находке. Компания предоставляет сумму на съем жилья в г. Находке, сумму на мобилизацию кандидата, весь соц.пакет согласно Российскому законодательству.
Responsibilities:
- to control and follow-up commercial/contractural issues from Subcontractor
- take proactive part in problem analysis, report and recommend to Business Manager & Cost Control Manager areas requiring special attention and corrective action
Main Task:
- establish budget for Subcontracts
- monitor cost performance of Subcontractor
- review and contril invoices from Subcontractor
- Report cost development within the budget on a monthly basis with special focus on final prognosis
- continuously monitor and report on expenditures vs. budget, and carry out value analysis, so that relevant , timely and accurate information is available to support project monitoring and desicion making
- carry out other ad hoc duties in support of the Cost Control Manager, to support and futher the operation of the department
Requirements:
- 4-5 years university or equivalent education
- substantial experience of cost control, typically at least 5 years in a construction contracting enviroment
- expert capability in use of Microsoft Excel
- be detail-oriented while maintaining a comprehensive view of the total cost picture
- able to capture, combine and evaluate information from multiple sources
- ability to work in a hectic environment.
