Requirements: • Higher education • 5 years’ experience within the project control discipline on large oil and gas projects • Knowledge of Computerised Cost Control System and Excel • Fluent English
Responsibilities: • Maintaining cost control systems and procedures • Registering and updating records for all contracts, purchasing orders and Request for Services to Shareholders for his cost activity • Facilitating budget process input and preparing budgets according to the work program (including revisions) • Maintaining delegation of authorities for the Onshore project • Updating incurred expenditures and disclose, analyzing and explaining variances versus budget and forecast • Preparing and updating cost reports and contributing to other kind of project reports • Securing proper system for invoice control and commercial follow-up of contracts • Collaborating with Finance department regarding Cash forecast.
