We are looking for a Country Manager with QA/QC, NDT experience (RUSSIAN national) for Sakhalin, Russia who should be the focal point between Sakhalin office and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia where our client has been awarded a 5 years contract for Inspection and Corrosion Monitoring. Job Requirements:
- managing the overall office operations, and more importantly on all the TECHNICAL aspect of the contract;
- should have maintenance inspection background specializing in corrosion monitoring, vessel inspection, tanks, pipeline and various other equipment available at the onshore and offshore facility.
- should also be well versed with the all the conventional NDT techniques (RT, MPI, UT, PT) and some specialized inspection (LRUT, Computer radiography, chime, Phase Array, TOFD, IRIS, RFET, ect.)
- knowledge in RBI (Risk Based Inspection) would be an added advantage.
- candidates must have minimum than 10 years of experience mainly in inspection and corrosion related activity and posses a degree in engineering as well as some other inspection technical qualification such as CSWIP 3.1,3.2, AWS, API 510, API 570, API 650 etc.
- English language should be at a high level. Salary and Benefits/ Contract Terms: - Location: Sakhalin, Russia;
- Duration: 5 years;
- Rotation: 2 months on / 2 weeks off;
- Working schedule: normal 8 hours daily and five days a week from Monday to Friday. It will strictly follow the local Russian labor law requirement;
- The client covers the accommodation, medical insurance and transportation (local and international). The Candidate will pay for his food.
- Estimated salary package after tax: 6,500 to 7,500 USD per month, still negotiable.
